Smashing Sellways already applies proxy-aware readiness checks and guarded external traffic. V3 plans to resolve the default connection at Client Group level, with controlled store or supplier overrides.

Estimated margins are useful for planning, but operators also need reports based on the revenue, supplier costs and marketplace deductions actually recorded in their workflow.
✓ Our Solution — Accurate Financials
Smashing Sellways calculates revenue from order lines, records supplier COGS, and uses stored transaction, advertising and platform deductions when available. Missing marketplace fee data remains visible as a data gap.
✗ The Problem
Refunds and terminal status changes can occur weeks after an order was first synchronized, after a short purchase-date sync window has passed.
✓ Our Solution — Reconciliation
Order refresh uses a 90-day modified-order lookback, while scheduled reconciliation and the bounded terminal-status sweep provide additional checks for late full refunds.

Badges distinguish current operational features from Client Group capabilities that are documented for V3 but not yet released.
Client Groups
Planned for V3: each client becomes an explicit boundary for stores, suppliers, catalogue, fulfilment, permissions, proxy policy and reporting.
Proxy-Aware Operations
Available today: readiness checks, guarded external links and audited proxy pre-flight gates. V3 plans Client Group defaults and controlled overrides.
Operational Profit Tracking
Uses stored order-line revenue, supplier COGS and recorded marketplace deductions without pretending that missing fee data is known.
Reconciliation and Late Refunds
A 90-day modified-order refresh plus bounded reconciliation and terminal-status checks helps surface late full refunds and status changes.
Replacement Shipment Records
Replacement shipments have their own supplier, cost and tracking records so additional fulfilment cost is included in stored order COGS.
Cost-Driven Price Sync
Selected catalogue cost and store-configured drift thresholds decide when mapped marketplace offers should be synchronized.
Order Operations
eBay order sync, AliExpress fulfilment workflows, tracking ingestion and marketplace status refresh are coordinated through auditable automation runs.
Financial Reporting
Current reports cover revenue, sourcing cost, recorded deductions, profit and margin. Client and agency portfolio views are planned for V3.
Operational CSV Export
The CSV includes order lines, stored sourcing costs, recorded deductions, replacement costs, profit, margin and ROI.
